Great quality. Very soft. Was rolled poorly and took several days to get the wrinkles out but was fine after. Would recommend this rug.

We were a bit concerned when the rug showed up in a box, and was folded up, instead of the traditional roll...however once out and set in place (no pad needed here) the rug as been perfect. We also enjoy the fact that the label reads it is made in the USA!

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.I ordered this rug with high expectations after reading other review. Upon arriving the rug looked great, just like the picture and description; however the border of the rug already has multiple pulls and we have used it for only one week. I have to try and fix it by cutting the pulls already made but I can only imagine what it will look like as time progresses. Wish the quality was better. The thickness and design of the rug are nice and I would recommend it but the pulls on the border make me not want to recommend it.

The free shipping was an added benefit. It also arrived very quickly after the purchased was made. This was my first time using rugs.com, and I was pleased w/ how easy it was, the large mechandise to choose from, and the savings were to be commend. I would definately use this site again and have already highly recommeded it to others

The only thing is, I wish it would have been shipped differently. The rug was folded at the end and then rolled up without being rolled around a cardboard tube. I had to unroll it for almost 2 weeks before I could lay it down flat. But I would deffinately order again.
