Love the rug looks great on my front porch. Took less than a week to arrive and free shipping. This was my third rug from rugsusa and I love everyone of them.

Pine needl es have gotte n stuck in it but proba bly nothi ng a vacuu m can't fix, I boug ht a Living Social for $85 for $170 and this was an awes ome purch ase. It's been outsi de for 5 mont hs throu gh 3 seas ons now and it's still lookin g great . The packa ging was done well too beca use when it first arrive d, the base ment which it was store d in flood ed and this didn't even get wet! Other revie wers menti oned that it does n't lay flat beca use it's rolled up really tightl y but if you roll it the other way and set a coupl e stone s or weig hts on it for a day, it will go away . I also got larger (abou t doubl e) Princ e Caspi an' from this manu factur er and beca use it was heav y, it didn't have the rollin g probl em. It work s great for indoo rs, surpri singly soft and warm for an outdo or rug.

I ordered this rug and wanted to change the size. So I called and talked to some idiot in customer service and she told me I could cancel order and then reorder rug in the size I wanted. Well long story short she never did cancel the order so the rug was already shipped. I am so glad I didn't reorder another rug right away because then I would have had two rugs. Idiots.......................
RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.Looks even better in person than it does on the picture. Colors are very vibrant! Only downside is that the rug is rolled so tight upon arrival that it will be awhile before it lays completely straight. Small price to pay for such a nice rug though!!

I wanted an outdoor rug for under the dinning room table for easy clean ups. I ordered the rug on a Friday and received it the following wednesday. I would definitely order again. I live in very high humidity at the beach, and so far it's holding up very well...not showing any dirt or wear or spills. :-)

Excellent prices for quality rugs!! I bought the 6'7"x9'6" and matching 3'7"x5'6" for the same price of 1 outside rug elsewhere. I purchased the ivory background and the colors look great with my kiwi green patio cushions.
