Would not buy another one. Yes
they are thick and very nice
but after washing everything
starts sticking out
everywhere. Followed washing
instructions but fringe
knotted and ends poked out on
both sides of the rug. Looks
ugly now!!!

desert color. The rug itself
was great- thick and sturdy,
with nice color variation. The
color wasn't quite what I
expected... seeing it in real
life, it seemed a bit more
pinkish than what the picture
showed online. Other than
that, the rug was really nice!

I got this rug in the desert
color in 6' x 9'. It is a
light beige. I have it in our
living room and it looks
great. It has the look of a
jute rug but since it is
cotton it isn't scratchy and
should be easier to clean. My
canister vacuum works great on
the rug and the rug is heavy
enough that it doesn't bunch
up or move around. I didn't
need a rug pad.

After 3 weeks our rag in blue has held up very well. We have used it both inside and out with litle fading. Washing is also been rather easy although on the larger sizes a lot more difficult.

The most attractive features about this rug for me were - 100% cotton and washable. With a dog at home and a casual lifestyle, I loved the fact that I could pop it into the washing machine and clean it.
We followed the instructions - washed it gentle and with cold water. Dried it out in the sun, flat.
It shrank by 10 inches lengthwise!!
I called RugsUSA and they told me there's nothing they can do about it. They have a 30 day warranty. Would you wash a rug within 30 days of buying it? What is the warranty for?
I have a rug underlay and it shows several inches. I have to cut away at the underlay everytime I wash the rug.
