This rug is much darker and richer in color. The shadings bring warmth into the room. I haven't had any problem with the rug shedding. It's exactly what I wanted.

I like the colors but the colored strips are a different heights so it makes it really hard to vacuum

I love this rug! I bought this rug in the grey color. It is very cozy and plush, the grey is more of a taupe (beige/grey) but the color is extremely close to the website pic. The "little hills" give the rug great texture and from different angles the light grey (almost ivory) color sparkles, it is very modern. I wanted a rug that would be cozy and soft, but have a cleaner look than a shag, and this rug is perfect. It does shed but I am sure that will stop eventually.

It's a beautiful rug, colors are very accurate (for my monitor, anyway). It is shedding a little, which is normal for a wool product. One thing I didn't realize was that the rug is actually sculpted - each 'line' of color is actually raised up like a little speedbump. Nice detail.

I got the purple one and it wsa much prettier in person than in the photo on line-there's alot of texture and variations of purple throughout-Very happy with it! Wish they had more sizes.
