The picture really doesn't do this rug justice. In fact, I passed by it a few times while looking for a rug. I'm so glad I took a chance on it. It is GORGEOUS and cannot be beat for the price. The white color in the herringbone pattern is very true white, and the brown color is a neutral that trends toward gold... I would call it a "straw" color. The rug is extremely soft. It's thin though, and moves easily - so you'll need a rug pad if you don't want it to slip.

Really love this rug and it definitely adds some warmth to the living room. The jute is soft and it's been easy to clean so far.

I LOVE THIS RUG. It's very soft and very pretty, yet simple. It's more white than it looks in the picture, so it really brightens up my living room. The pattern is nice, and I've already received many compliments. It sheds a lot, but I expect this will die off once I've had it a couple months. I would definitely recommend this rug!
