Pros: Looks great, brings a lot of texture into a room, great price for such a large size Cons: quite chunky (as the name implies!). Not something you can slide furniture across at all, as it gets stuck. biggest con of all: as a by product of the natural fiber, occasionally I find small, quite sharp sticks woven into the rug. I'll step on them with my bare feet and poke myself. So far this hasn't happened to my two little kids, but it's bound to. In hindsight, I probably wouldn't have gotten this for a high traffic area (our living room).

It really lightens up our room, and gives is a less formal feel. I will say the braided portion (fringe) is in a high traffic spot, and is stepped on multiple times a day, and I have had to rebraid one of the fringes. Overall, so so great. Would recommend!

However, i kind of liked the smell! it reminded me of spring. It was gone in two days, I laid the rug right out, no problems getting it to lay flat at all. it looks great and hides all the dog hair! easy to vacuum too. Does give off a fair bit of dust underneath, but I think due to natural fibres, and I'm sure that will lessen over time. I would definately buy from RUGS USA again!
