I ordered this rug for my kitchen. I really would not use it anywhere else other than my kitchen or bathroom. The rugs are thin but have so far held up well and are far more durable then the cotton variety which sell for more.

This rug is much more gold and less green and blue than as shown in the picture. Other than that, it fits our need well and we are happy with it.

my comment is that this is a great rug at a fantastic price. having said that you should know that this is a flat weave rug so there is NO pile which means that it's thin. A WOOL rag rug at this price is very hard to find.
