Good quality and great looking rug! The colors were true to the picture, and it looked very rich in person!

The gray color was off from website. The gray color is more of a grayish-green color. But I loved it anyway!

I have mixed feelings after purchasing a rug for the first time from this company. I ordered the 7'-6" x 9'-6" grey version. I ordered the rug, received the order confirmation promptly so I was happy. After I didn't receive any email after 5 business days regarding the shipment I got a little paranoid so I used the live chat option and inquired how long it would take for the item to go out since it said 5-7 days on the website but didn't specify if it was business days or not. I was told it had not been shipped and would ship by today, February 27. Knowing that made me feel better...however I read a lot of customer complaints on different websites regarding the customer service. Here's the part that makes me hesitant to order again....I received a tracking number this after noon for my shipment...however when I tried to track it it told me my rug had been delivered early this morning! So that means when I called to inquire and provided my order number they had no clue my rug had already been shipped. I really didn't like this. It makes it seem like a small unorganized company. The rug was exactly what I expected. As other reviews mention it is definitely taupe, not grey. That's okay with me because it works with my decor. The quality is good for the price. After reading so many bad reviews of this company on various websites, and seeing how unorganized the customer service reps are I don't think I'm confident enough to purchase again. If you don't mind little things like that then I suppose it's worth it because there are good discounted prices.

I ordered the gray and it is DEFINITELY not gray. Other people had similar reviews, but I decided to chance it. The color is beige or gold-ish. So disappointing, because this would've been a perfect rug for me if it were gray. Ignoring the gray color problem, I actually really like this rug. It's quite thick and soft. I'm so disappointed I have to return it. Surprisingly, customer service was pretty nice about returning it, and it sounds like they're paying for shipping. I wouldn't count on that though. So if you want gray, don't buy it (Rating: 1). If you want another color, this rug is pretty good (Rating: 5).

I had seen another review about the gray color of this rug reading more brown than gray. I agree that the gray is more of a taupe-gray. I shied away from other gray rugs I had seen because I did not want a blue gray. The brown tones of this rug work for my space but they would not work if you are looking for a true gray. The background is more beige than white. I would have preferred a whiter background for more contrast. That being sid, the silkiness of the fibers are wonderful on your feet and this rug was purchased for a bedroom. I had to change the color of paint from a gray to a taupe to work with this but the rug itself is lovely. I would recommend it for the feel of it. Because of the silky fibers the gray color does change with the light which makes it appear even lighter and less of a contrast. Overall - a great looking statement in the room.

bought this rug and for the price we are in love with it...yes it sheds a bit but no where near what others have reported. its not a tru grey but it works beauitfuly!

I ordered this rug in the "grey" color. It's a very pretty rug with nice detail in the "grey" stripes. Please note that the "grey" isn't a true grey, it has enough beige undertones to swing to that color. Luckily the color goes well with the taupey/grey color of our walls. It looks great with our white couch and dark/black wood furniture and teal accents. I all it looks beautiful, but it's not flawless.... One thing I never got from the other reviews is just how badly this rug sheds. It sheds a TON. I have been vacuuming it daily for almost a month now and my cannister vac fills up with the sheddings each time. It FILLS up! I am finding little fuzzy carpet fibers all over the room and into the adjoining kitchen. The fibers are sticking to the lower pant legs of anyone who spends time in this room. It is a little disappointing to say the least. It was a great bargain (I purchased on sale) and it will do for now, but I can't keep a rug that sheds this much for a long time. I stayed away from Pottery Barn rugs for this very reason, and I ended up with one anyways. I have a similar texture rug in my mudroom from Target and that one doesn't shed nearly as much. Maybe I got a dud??? I don't feel like paying to ship it back at this point.

Got the silver/gray zebra stripe. Love the look in my living room. Combines my traditional with modern furniture together well. My husband loves it too and that is saying something.

Overall very pleased with this purchase. The color we chose was the blue and white zebra pattern. The color is perfect exactly how it appeared on the screen. The blue is a sophisticated soft slate royal blue and the background is an off white creaming ivory. The rug texture is very nice with the blue in a slightly taller pile and a silk sheen to it and the ivory background is burbur wool like pile a little bit rougher but a nice contrast. The rug does shed a lot once walked on a bit and after two weeks still has not stopped shedding. A quick vacuum picks up the bits and it looks as good ad the day it wa delivered (which took about 10 days). All in all very nice rug for the price it's a GREAT deal I would definately recomend them and purchase from rugsusa again.

Nice quality but I ordered silver/grey and got beige and tan. It looks like the photo on the website was not true to color. I'm keeping it though since the quality was so nice.

the color of the rug was true to picture. it went great with my couch and gave our living room the little pizzazz it needed!

The gray/white rug is thick and beautiful. The pattern coordinates with many styles of decor, from modern to traditional. The subtle color makes a statement without overpowering its surroundings. One word of caution -- cats will love to claw the white loops. Still, it's a pretty, versatile rug.

I ordered the grey and white version. While the rug is slightly more tab than anticipated, it's gorgeous. Neutral enough to work w my grey a white color scheme and so soft. Amazing quality for the price.

purchased in the ivory/grey. already had the runner size in our hallway and purchased the largest size for our living room. it is a fabulous rug! looks very chic, and has an expensive, high end look. purchased during a rugs usa sale, so we got a wonderful rug for a steal...

I love this rug. I think for the it's hard to beat. The grey silver is more taupe but having read the previous reviews it was much less noticable than I expected. Quality is good, I'd definetly buy again!

The rug arrived earlier than stated. The reviews were exact. This is a beautiful, expensive-appearing rug. It looks great on my dark hardwood floors. I purchased the white with silver highlights. The white is ivory and appears almost like a flatter berber. The silver is more of a high low and is not really silver but is taupe with silver shimmering highlights, very pretty but not too obvious. The color really goes with anything. It does not shed onto my wood floor. One compliment I received was, "It looks very upscale New York." That's o.k. with me.

I got the black and ivory. It is soft...exactly as described and exactly what I wanted. Lots of compliments already and looks great in our bedroom.

It's a Berber style rug, but it's perfect for the room. The white is actually more of an ecru offwhite color and while soft, this doesn't feel like silk or wool. Overall, I'm very pleased with the rug, the price and the company

First time I ordered a rug on the Internet! Read all the reviews on the site and found majority to be positive, so I placed the order. The rug is as described and arrived in pristine condition. Will order from this vendor again and recommend this vendor to all.

The picture you have showing ivory/brown is more brown on brown, it appears to look like the chocolate. i was disappointed since I have order before and the pictures have been much closer than what I recieved this go round.

Ordered this rug in the Brown. Don't go by picture. The "Ivory" is actually taupe and the "Coppery" print highlights you see in the picture are actually very chocolate brown. The pile also is not as plush as it appears in the photol.

Got our rug today, it's thick, oh so soft and beautiful. I bought it for our master bedroom but ended up putting it in the family room so everyone can enjoy it. The pile is thick with a good underside. Once put down I doubt it will shift at all. The white isn't a bright white but looks more natural like a white linen. I'm going to buy another one to actually put in my room. I am very impressed.

Beautiful rug and it looks nice in our family room. I am noticing that the faux silk highlighted part of the rug tends to shed and upon inspecting it close up, I can see that it can be pulled out very easily. A hand vac might be the only option for keeping it clean. I love the area rug but I don't have high expectations for a long rug life.

I put two of these rugs in my bathroom that is painted a silver sage color. The texture and color of the rugs is gorgeous. The silvery sage designs in the rug is silk and raised and the rest of the rug looks like sisal. The rug is substantial and laid flat immediately with no curling of the edges.

Gorgeous rugs with beautiful silk highlights that define the stripes. The quality is just outstanding and we have gotten several comments from friends and family that it looks like a rug costing many times more. This rug is lovely. I ordered the brown color with the blue faux silk stripes. The brown is a rich chocolate and the contrast color is a beautiful seafoam. The most interesting feature of this rug has to be the texture, the base is woven into loops and the stripes are have such a soft almost velvet feel. Saw a rug very similar to this on a MUCH more expensive site and I think this rug gives it a run for its money. You certainly will not be disappointed!
