Rugs USA Prepaid Return Label Return Packet Multi

What an easy way to return a product. I would recommend to anyone taking it to a UPS Store to be sure to get a receipt, even if they say you don't need one, when you have the return label. Rugs USA has been more than helpful when I've called or emailed.

Very easy although it does take several days to receive the label via email. (Be sure to save packaging that rug comes in to help with returns.)

I recommend you purchase this through Rugs USA. It is the most affordable option. However, be patient it took days to receive the label via email. I had to call customer service several times before I received it. Very poor customer service!

This made the return super easy! I just printed it off and stuck it to the original package. I had no problems when dropping it off at our local UPS store.

Do it this way if you have to return! It is easy and cheaper and quick. It made my return a lot easier.

Ordered the sheepskin rugs Quatro and Sexto. Very nice rugs ordered 3 quatro and 1 sexto. The sexto rugs threads unraveled when I unrapped the packing tape from around the rug but customer service was great and the rug has been returned with a credit, until the rug sexto comes back into stock and I will than order another one.

This was very easy to order and ship back. I would recommend this as this provides insurance that if something happens to the product, you're not responsible.

This saved me time and money! I purchased it and and was emailed the shipping label a few days later. UPS accepted the rug with no problems.

Needed to return chairs and the label was accurate. Received it promptly. Was confusing when I saw that it was for rugs only. Customer service helped me to choose the right amount and she made sure the label was correct.

By using the pre-paid shipping labels, it may the return process much easier. There was nothing wrong with the rug that I returned, as it turned out, I didn't need one in this size. I did keep another rug I purchased. Great quality.

This electronic label was a great idea! I returned a 5'x8' rug for the same design, but in a 8'x10' size. When the UPS driver showed up to deliver the larger rug, he accepted the smaller rug, saving me a trip to town to send back the return. Probably was a little cheaper too. I would have given this electronic label purchase a 5 rating, but it did take numerous calls to finally get the label e-mailed to me.

Label came as advertised, was delayed by three days due to bureaucractic issues.

The prepaid return label was great - just dropped it off at a UPS store and that was it. Have tracking number so I could watch to be sure it was received back at the factory. Saved time and money by using their prepaid UPS return authorization.

This is a great service offered. The shipping rate is definitely cheaper than what you can get by yourself. My only issues: 1) I had a number of samples to return and couldn't quite figure out which one to get. Called to ask, but was on hold for longer than 15 minutes each time. So I guessed. 2) It took at least a week for me to receive it over email, which may eat into your return time. Am hoping they can track that.

The rug was beautiful. It was well made, and very plush. Unfortunately the colors didn't work for me. On the computer, the thicker pile looks almost cream colored. When I received the carpet the colors are identical, only the pile was higher to create the pattern. If this is the color you are looking for, I loved the quality of the carpet.

Return labels for UPS ground shipping on SMALLER rugs works. Easy to ship back the runner.

I purchased the return label directly from RugsUSA.com and it made returning an item extremely easy. Cost less too! I returned the item because the color was a little lighter than I wanted, but immediately turned around and ordered another to replace it.

Simple! Just slap on the label. Tape it. Write your RA # boldly on package. And drop it off!

Great to be able to order the return label verses going to U.P.S. and getting one. Makes returning items easier.
