The rug is fantastic. I am very happy with the look and feel of it. It Although the rug did arrive within 10 days of purchase, the communication from RugsUSA.com was not consistent. First, I was informed that the rug was on back order, then the next day I received a UPS tracking # stating that the rug had shipped. Considering the Free Shipping, I can't really complain. It it wasn't for the free shipping, I probably would not have purchased it. * a note to RUGS USA: UPS dropped the rug at the front door and left. The driver did not even wait to see if we were home. Luckily we were, since it was raining particularly hard that day. Otherwise we would have come home to find a wet, soggy rug.
