Rugs USA Keno Modern Damask Beige

I recently ordered this rug and it took 3 weeks to get delivered. And they delivered the wrong color rug. First time I called customer service the lady mentioned they do not do replacement rugs. I mentioned to her that I understand that replacement rug is not in their policy if I order a rug and I did not like it I want another rug. But in this case they made the mistake of sending me the wrong rug. Plus, I mentioned to her that it needs to be picked up from my house by UPS since it will not fit in my car and it is heavy for me to carry it by myself down a flight of stairs. She mentioned that the pick-up would take a few days. The next day evening UPS person shows up on my door step to pick up the rug. Rugsusa did not even send me an email or call to let me know that they would be coming by the same day for the rug or even the label. I called next week Monday morning and I spoke to another lady in customer service. She was much more helpful. She processed the return and issued a replacement rug for the same price I initially paid for it. However, it has been a week and a half and I still have not heard anything. But I have been charged for the rug. The rug was thick and seemed like it was good quality just that I did not like the Beige color and it did not match with the rest of living room. Overall, product seemed good. However, service is not so good. If you are planning of ordering a rug from them be prepared to wait for some awhile for the rug to be delivered to you.

I really love my rug. It's really lush, not too heavy (which is good since I'm in a rental and will need to move it at some point), and super comfortable to lay on. Took about a day to lie flat. It's still shedding a lot when I vacuum it but figure it'll do that at least for another month or so.

I purchased this rug in beige. I am very happy with the quality of the rug. Its relatively plush and I feel is great value for the price. The light areas are a true beige. Unfortunately, the beige color in the darker areas has too much of a greenish tint to it for my taste. Because of this, I will be looking to sell this rug independently (too expensive to ship to return) and hopefully finding an alternative where the color better suites our room.

Wonderful rug!!! I ordered the blue rug, it is bold and beautiful and the rug feels great under your feet. Very happy with the quality as well. Shipping took longer than I anticipated, but it was worth the wait.

I bought this rug during one of sales, and feel it was a really good deal. The rug is super soft. I ordered the cream color, so it was pretty much what I expected. It is still pilling a little, but I hope this will stop soon. Overall very happy with rugsusa.com. I even ordered another rug shortly after for my bedroom.

I bought this in beige. IT is wonderfully soft and the pattern is beautiful.

This rug just arrived and it is lovely. Very plush. My toddler has been rolling around on it for an hour . No shedding. Its not red, berry like other reviewers say. Will definitely purchase from here again.

Great rug. I bought the beige color and it looks nice against my hardwood floors. The color is true to the picture online. There was no shedding whatsoever. The delivery was fast even though it was on backorder when I purchased it. I will definitely be shopping on this website for future rugs. The prices cannot be beat and you get quality.

I got the beige one and the rug is great. Its super soft and nice quality. doesnt shed much either.

The rug is beautiful and very good quality. The reason I gave it a 3 is because the color is actually more of a berry or raspberry, not really red like the picture.

This is a pretty good rug so far. It's a bit darker red than in the photograph, but its a good dark red. It also has a lingering plastic smell after 3 days, but I figure that it will dissipate over time. It was supposed to come to my door in 3-5 days, but it took longer for some reason. But then, so did another package that came via UPS, so maybe it was UPS's fault. I didn't really care. I wasn't in that much of a hurry. Would I buy this rug again? Probably. I'll have to see how it wears in.

Second rug I have ordered and fully satisified. Nice and thick good color, I ordered the black. Can't beat the quality and prices on this site.

Very happy about it! It is so soft that i could nap on it with my daughter! Only reason it didnt got 5 stars is bcs of the color that is different than the one on the pict..... The white part is more like a light moka...

Love it! Product just as described. The lighter portion is a light beige/sand and the red is more of a bright cranberry. It really is perfect and PLUSH! I have it in my sitting room/kitchen which has "real" red accents all over. This rug matches perfectly!

Purchased this rug after seeing it elsewhere for much more, and am so pleased with it! It is made by NuLoom, and arrived in NuLoom wrapping. As reviews of the NuLoom rug elsewhere mention, the rug is not bright white, or even a light-colored ivory. It is a dark ivory, or light tan color. The only reason this did not receive 5 stars is because it took quite a while for the rug to ship and then to arrive.
