Rugs USA Quinta Moderno Trellis Outdoor Sunrise

I'm absolutely furious with myself and RUGS USA for the quality of this product. The 20 day guarantee is a great incentive to offer to customers, but was completely useless for this particular purchase. After having this rug in my home for approximately a month and a half, the rug began to pile, especially after regular vaccuuming. I called and spoke with customer service. They informed me that this was the "natural process" of polyester rugs and that with regular vaccuuming, it would subside. They also recommended using a broom to try and sweep the piling/shedding away. I did all of these things and the rug continued to get worse. I called back again a few weeks later and was told that this was not a manufacturers defect, which I agree; it probably isn't, but again stated that it was the "natural process" of the rug. It looks horrible and I'm very unhappy with this purchase. Additionally, I was transferred to the customer service supervisor and have yet to hear back from her. It's been almost a week. I've bought other rugs from RUGSUSA before and I've loved them. This one was the most expensive that I've bought and the WORST quality! Don't buy it!

As many of the people have stated the lighter area is much brighter, wider and bolder. The "yellow" bit is less beige and more yellow. I love it - I think it feels lovely on my feet and great quality for price. We have it under our dining room table.

I had to wait for about 3 months for this rug because it was out of stock. When it arrived and saw it I would have waited 6 months for it. I ordered the Ocean color and it is just gorgeous!!! The design is beautiful and the rug is thick and soft. I could not have asked for a more perfect rug......I reccommend this rug 11 out of a ten......Could not be happier

Rug was delivered quickly. Very pretty, soft and plush. Great Value! We are very pleased.

The white lines are two inches wide on this design so that the rug has a very busy pattern. The photo is really misleading. The color of the aqua rug and quality it fine however, it just is too busy for our family room so I will need to send it back Alas!!

As the reviews have said, the white is a lot thicker than the picture makes it seem. If you like the pattern to begin with, however, you'll like it if it's thicker.

This was our first time purchasing items from RugsUsa.com. We absolutley LOVE this rug. It is a high quality, soft, and beautiful rug. The white stiching, like other reveiws said, is a bright white, and thicker than the picutre. We love both aspects! I don't know what's up with the horrible reviews! They were amazing, and everything came very quick!

It's a beatiful rug (the ash color) and I've received many compliments. As other reviewers have noted, the white lines are thicker than pictured.

Huge disconnect between price and quality, in the best way possible. Purchased this rug in Ocean, it is more of a blue green than was depicted on my computer screen but is absolutely beautiful in person. Soft on the feet, a loop mixed with cut pile as mentioned in other reviews. Love it.

I got this rug in sunrise. It was not exactly what I expected in terms of color. I was pleasantly surprised by the difference though. The threads of gold are two toned which created more depth to the color. The color is brighter and warmer (red undertone) then I expected from the picture. It brightens up our living room quite a bit. The pile of the cream is higher than the gold. I know some other reviewers didn't care for that but I think the differing textures and slight pile height create a rich look.

I ordered the black and cream and it was very nice. The black design was super soft and raised. It looked well made.

I genuinely wish my whole bedroom could be carpeted like this. It's gorgeous. There is texture to it, which I didn't realize, with the white being raised above the grey. Love that!

I was so nervous to order rugs online but I couldn't pass up the 75% off sales. This is an absolutely beautiful rug. The color is not a beige/tan as the picture would suggest, but instead it is the color of a sunrise (as the name suggests). Soft yellows and oranges swirl together. Just gorgeous. It's very soft as well and comfortable on bare feet. The lighter color is an off white (not a bright white). Very happy with this purchase!

Purchased in the Ash color. Color as expected, but the outlining of design (ivory) was MUCH thicker than photo. At least 1.5" thick. Pretty rug, just not as pictured. Great value still!

Great rug! Love the color and design!! Great deal also! I was looking for a morrocan design for our dining room and it fit perfect!

This is a great soft rug. The picture is a bit misleading though - the ivory details are much thicker than the photo would lead you to believe. It actually looks better. Also the color (Sunrise) in the picture looks more like a beige but it is actually a light orange mixed it with a gold yellow. It's a nice color. Great price for the 8x11 size.

Just received this rug. I ordered the rug in Sunrise and it's a mix of light orange and yellow inter weaved which made it more like a gold color (which I liked a lot). Also the beige details are thicker than in the picture - it's nicer in person than the picture. I would definitely order in this rug in another color for the price I paid.

Love the rug. The Ash color was exactly what I was looking for and no surprises that it was a different color when it arrived! The quality is great and have already received many compliments.

I would have given this 5 stars, but it has shedded a tiny bit since receiving it. Other than that it isf soft, not to thick, and beautiful! I purchased the ocean blue color and it's very true to the computer color. Great rug for the price!
