Color was spot on. Nice feeling texture. Can't get to lay flat., just not heavy enough, however I do have it on carpet. I have steamed ironed it 5-6 times and finally turned it over, actually I like the back side better. So I have ordered rug grips, I will probably it.

A few bothersome things: one of the edges is still not laying flat after 3 weeks. Have noticed quite a few spots where the wool is sticking up from the woven ground. May call on these issues

It looks really nice in my dining room; reminds me of a fisherman's sweater. I was a little hesitant at first because the black part of the rug is more prominent than what the picture shows, but once down it looks very nice.

Seems like it hides dirt pretty well. I was told by an online customer service rep that there was a backing before purchasing. However, there is no backing on this rug. It is like a thick dhurrie. Decided to keep it because other than the no backing, I liked it.

Unfortunately, it was too small for the bedroom I'd wanted it in, but since I loved it so much I ended up using it in our breakfast room and it's worked out great. It's thin enough to be perfect under a dinning area. The design in subtle and the charcoal grey weave is true to color.
