This rug was a great steal. I looked at several rugs prior to purchase and this rug is bang for the buck. It is very thick and soft. Yes, as other reviews have mentioned it is more of a dusky blue than a slate, but I ordered it with that in mind and it matches my room perfectly. No complaints about shedding yet. Only a minor curled edge, but I really can't complain even about that.
RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.The rug itself is very thick and soft to sit on, however I found the color to be more blue than the slate indicated. It still very pretty and of great quality, the 7'6 x 9'6 size have three panels horizontally and four vertically. I would say each panel is about two and half feet in size give or take.

I was concerned that the 6 squares wouldn't look nice on such a big rug, but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived to see that this size comes with 12 squares (4 squares across in 3 rows). Very soft and thick. A true navy. The photo doesn't do it justice!

I was very hesitant when I purchased this item. When I recieved it in th mail and Tried it out in my bedroom it looked wonderful! My bedroom is a grey/blue color and I needed something to really make the room pop! I love this rug!!
