Rugs USA Homespun Randa Mustard

I honestly can't say I know what this rug looks like in person b/c they sent me the wrong one. What they did send was pretty ugly and not even close to this. After almost a MONTH of dealing with RugsUSA they still haven't refunded my credit card, although I returned the rug they sent. I did NOT reorder this rug b/c I wanted something quickly and they told me I needed to reorder on my own and it would have to go through the standard 8-10 days before they could even ship it. Even though they screwed up and sent the wrong one, they weren't going to send out the right one in a timely fashion. I ended up getting a rug from Overstock. They sent the correct rug and it arrived in less than a week. I will NEVER deal with RugsUSA again. The mistake was one thing but the way the customer service representative handled things was awful. I've never had such a bad experience and I do a lot of online shopping.

Cool rug, and appears good quality. However, a major caveat -- we ordered the "gold" (guess I should have paid more attention to the name), and it is NOTHING like the color in the picture. The picture shows it as a retro pear green color, when in real life it is more of a mustard yellow color. Totally different rug than what is in the picture. So different that it cannot be explained by lighting and computer monitor differences. We were aiming for a full green and grey room, but if we want to keep the rug then we will need to go a totally different direction. I opened it and thought "they must have sent the wrong rug." My husband walks in the room and says "did they send the wrong rug?" I emailed a picture to my mom and she said "did they send the wrong rug?"

Low pile, beautiful colors, love the cotton backing.

Great rug! Colors look very close to the image on the website. Nice quality especially for the price. Makes a striking statement in my entry foyer.
