This is the second rug that I have purchased from your company and both times, I have been more than pleased with the quality of the merchandise and the ease of ordering. The only issue that I would raise is that when this second rug arrived, the packaging was ripped as was the mesh covering on the bag of the rug. Because it was not viewable from the front, I decided to not go to the trouble of returning. Realize that this is a shipper problem and not your company but wanted to make you aware. Otherwise, I would VERY HIGHLY recommend buying from your site. Thank you!
