The rug is thick and beautiful, but it does shed very fine strands for a while.

A beautiful quality rug! Purchased the red color, which is really burgundy tone around the border and more red on the inside. The good thing is that it blends with all the reds in my dining room, which are sometimes hard to match. Looks beautiful!

While it looks great overall, this thing sheds more than 10 cats and dogs. It's really unbelievable. For a $600 rug, you'd think that the shedding would eventually stop after vacuuming it literally 100 times in a week. I honestly don't know what to do, or if I should keep it, the amount of fuzz/shed/fiber coming off of this thing from normal daily walking is just ridiculous.

Luckily, the almost-identical rug I saw at Pottery Barn was on back-order. So, I turned to the internet and found this one. For less than the price of one rug at P.B., I bought two for the 2 upstairs bedrooms. The rugs have not passed the test of time yet, but, they look gorgeous. The ordering system, delivery time and customer service have been excellent.

I totally love this rug in my dining room under my table. I got it in red and it has many shades of red and it is beautiful. I wanted a rug that was rather plain, but pretty and this is it!

This rug is identical to the one I had been wanting from Pottery Barn. I got the 7'9 x 9'9 size and it is perfect. Color is accurate, maybeee a little bit darker in person but still looks fantastic. It's thick, soft, and durable. Our Chocolate lab loves laying on it (it hides dirt and dog hair well). I would highly recommend it. Only downfall is it took almost a month for it to arrive since it was on backorder.

Beautiful thick rug. A little darker than I expected for light blue, kind of a denim mottled outer border with a blue grey inner color. I wonder how dark the actual denim rug is? Still, I am very satisfied with the rug.Great price!!!

This rug is ok but there is a green tone in the color. Not exactly like the picture. the color is dull. Warning Canadian customers: there is an additional % of duties and taxes upon arrival of rugs at Canada.It will cost more to return it from Canada because of duties, taxes, and shipping charges. Consider it a final sale. no return. no refund.

I purchased the red rugs. The color is very rich, but a little more burgundy than red. The texture is very soft. I have not put them down yet, just unrolled to see color. They did seem to shed, but have not vacuumed them yet so, this may clear up. The price was excellent, because I got them on a Labor Day half off sale.

I read reviews before buying this carpet and was a little worried about the shedding- but it is totally fine after going over it a few times with the vacuum. It's soft & fluffy. I ordered the green based on the reviews that it was a sage color - as it turns out it's a green/brown but that happened to look great with our new couch.

The rug is really nice but does shed a little. I only got it a few days ago and vacuumed it 2x so hopefully the shedding will stop.

The thickness is very good. The backing is very good. My only concern is there is a lot of shedding. And a some of the thread are pulling out. I'm hoping that will go away soon. The carpet is GREAT for the price.

I really love this rug. I got a great deal and I think the rug will last for a very long time!!! The red color is deep and beautiful, and the texture is pretty soft. Highly recommend it!

This rug is super plush, comfortable, the color is just what I expected. I will say that it has a tendency to pill, but nothing a good vacuum won't cure. Enjoy!

Not as dark as pictured (depends on your monitor of course) but the rug is awesome. Kind of took a risk since I had never ordered from these guys before but turned out really well. Would definitely use them again!

Great quality, great value. Center section just a slight bit grayer (I bought the blue rug) than on my monitor, but that is likely due to differences in monitor color rendering. This same rug, or as alike as I can tell, was 30% more in the "box" stores. Keep in mind that I bought this from Rugs USA during one of the 50% off sales. I would not have paid supposed retail. All in all, I am very much satisfied with the rug I bought, as well as the ease of ordering and the speed of delivery. Definitely satisfied.

I got this in the blue and it's been great! The color is true to online and super comfortable to walk on. I've very much enjoyed it. No shedding or odd smell.

The rug seemed to be of good quality but somewhere during the shipping it was punctured and arrived with a sizable hole. They were very good about having it picked up immediately but it is difficult to get the rug rolled up as tight to fit back into the plastic. I think I may stick to buying smaller rugs online but buy the larger ones in person.

Rug was close in color to the website, but a bit darker. We ordered the red one. I ordered another rug from Rugs USA, and had a problem with it, and Rugs USA did a pretty good job with customer service. They took the rug back because it was a balding shag rug, and it didn't cost me anything. So i ordered this one, and kept it. I would recommend them. Just keep on top of them to be sure your issue gets done in 30 days.

Bought what I thought was a similar rug a while back from Lowes; I was wrong. There is no comparison in texture/ quality and the price was much lower than what I paid at Lowes. Definetly know where to buy my rugs from here on. Step aside Lowes, here comes RUGS, USA!!! Best in qulaity and price! Thank you!

It is always hard to tell what the color of something is on a computer, but I ordered this rug hoping it would be a deep olive green. It arrived and I opened the rug up and I am very pleased with the color and also the quality of the rug. It will look great on my hardwood floor!

Quality and color is much better then the picture. Very pleased with this purchase and the price I was able to pay. Definately will use this site for other purchases.

Great weight and soft to walk on.

Lovely chocolate brown colors with just enough plush to be soft for a boy's bedroom. No problems after two weeks.
