This rug and all the rugs I've ordered have been great. However, the only problem I had with this particular order was that it took so long to ship. I believe there was a mix up somewhere but everyone was nice and it finally arrived. Thanks

Beautiful, but the rug is not the same color as the picture. I purchased the gold rug, and it is not the yellow beige I saw in the picture on 3 different computer, it is a true gold. So it doesn't work as well in my living room as I had hoped, but it is still interesting and I really don't feel like going through the hassle of returning it. It's a great quality though.

My only disappointment is that we had purchased 2 of the one size and only 1 shipped. After contacting customer service they said that inventory was low and gave us a refund. Of course, we would like the additional rug, but are not sure if we will be able to get it.

The design is welcoming and brightens the entrance. I also liked that the rug came in an odd sized dimension since my entrance will not fit a standard sized rug.

The colors matched the picture displayed. It's easy to vacuum, though "sheds" just the very slightest. I have it in a low traffic area, but I think if it was kept in a room that gets more use it would have to be vacuumed daily. As I read in several other people's reviews, the colors are true to the pics here, but even nicer. A rich/deep brown background, with very pretty red/orange/beigy-yellow flowers. Very nice quality, thick, and soft underfoot. Aaand, the colors are perfect for our living room -- I've been looking for a rug to bring it all together for about 6 months (brown couch, pale green couch, deep red pillows, yellow chair). I was expecting it to be on the tanner side with the brown being more reddish brown. The rug actually is a green tone and the brown is very brown.

I purchased the 8 x 10 "beige" color, but it DOES NOT look like it does in the the photos. The actual base color is a chocolate brown, not a greyish-brown, and the bursts are varying shades of beige. The color still works in my family room, so I am keeping it! For the money, it is worth it!

The actual background color is a true chocolate brown and the flower bursts are shades of beige, tans, and grey. It is a beautiful rug and so far seems to be great quality for the price, so I am keeping it even though I was hoping it was more of a greyish brown. The pile is dense, but not very high, so it seems like the perfect fit for our family room!

We purchased the 8x10 (exact sizing a little different) size in dark brown to go with our dark brown sectional - heavy traffic area. The colors are pretty accurate. We are happy with the thickness of the rug, too. We don't expect it to last 10 years, but if we can get 3-5 out of it, it will have been a great deal. I does seem to be shedding a bit, but it is the first week, and it shows lighter dust/dirt, but I think that's to be expected with a dark rug - as long as we vacuum it often, we should be in good shape.

Online, the rug looks like a dusty green color that would have been perfect, but when we opened it, it was gold with brown and white flowers. I wanted a little bit of color and it's all just neutral. If you want neutral, it's great, but not what it looks like in the picture. I moved it to under the dining table, closer to the green wall so it doesn't look as boring and it works, but not what was expected. Minus the color, the design is very cool and it's pretty comfortable.
