I purchased this rug to go into a spare bedroom that is decorated in a wild animal theme; so it was perfect for the room. It is not a large rug (4x6) which is exactly the size I wanted. The quality of the rug is definitely the top of the line. It is a thick rug and very well made. I bought a rug pad to fit under it; but probably did not really need one. It seemed to stay in place without the pad. The colors are exactly as shown in the picture. It arrived in perfect shape and immediately laid flat on the floor. I am very pleased with it. The only problem I have is keeping my cats off of it. They immediately took turns sleeping on it. There is always a domestic cat napping on the rug. They must like it too!
