love the soft thick cushy feel of this rug! very pretty color. It does shed like crazy and constantly fills up the vacuum bin, but I still love it!
RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.I was looking for an 8x10 brown and blue rug for my guest bedroom bought this rug at 75% off in July. Was unaware (didn't read the details well enough) that this is a hand hooked rug. It is a looped weave and looks like a berber carpet. The yarn is not very soft and it is definitely not a dark brown. More like a milk chocolate brown. The blue is as shown but the brown is lighter, which is a disappointment to me as I was looking for a dark chocolate brown. The design is pretty. Didn't pay much for the rug and am not sure it is worth sending back. May use it in the room anyway because it only has one window and the brown may appear darker in the room. Not the soft, dark brown rug I was hoping for when I bought it.

It is very thick modern looking under my dining room table/chairs. I am ordering another type of rug soon; love this company, love their products.

I ordered the rug in Gold and the color was true to what was pictured. What I couldn't really tell from the pictures is that it is more of a berber style rug, which worked out just fine. For people saying that it sheds: On the back of the rug there is a tag that specifically states "Vacuum regularly as new wool rugs can shed yarn fibers for up to three months."

The color looked pretty close to what I saw on my computer screen, although both the yellow and the cream color are a tad more muted in real life...not really bright at all. And the cream is more of a dirty/natural color. Overall I am happy with the quality and value of the rug. It's a nice thick wool rug that is way less expensive than other wool rugs I was looking at. The only downfall about this rug is the fact that it sheds like CRAZY. Upon receiving the rug, I immediately unrolled it and proceeded to vacuum it about 20 times...I'm not joking. I vacuumed until the vacuum cleaner was full, dumped it out, and repeated this process over and over. It's now moved up into our bedroom and I continue to vacuum it every day, as the little fibers stick to my socks when I walk across it. Kind of annoying, but I know that wool rugs have a tendency to shed like this. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
