- Clean & Care: Vacuum regularly as new wool rugs can shed yarn fibers for up to three months. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.We bought 3 carpets, this one and two other zig-zag carpets in navy/white and dark grey/white - all three of them are beautiful!! I never knew how easy-going these hand- tufted carpets are - no shedding, low pile and it doesn't even require a pad underneath, probably because all our carpets are 8'x11' but they're as stable as you get. I am considering buying these carpets in smaller sizes for other spaces- would totally recommend these!!
This rug was more beautiful than I expected! The color wasn't as brilliant as pictured on my computer but rather it was a bright navy blue, which I preferred. Because I wasn't sure about the color, I didn't know if the rug was a keeper but as soon as I unrolled it I knew I would keep it. It was truly stunning. The ends flattened out in minutes and there was no bad odor. It adds a little color to my otherwise neutral ambiance. Definitely recommend!

The rug looks just like the picture and the quality is very nice considering the low price for such a large rug. I am using the rug under my dining room table and have not had any problems with it not laying flat. I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this rug.
RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.I was generally impressed by the rug - it is not thin, but we did put a carpet pad under it. We chose the charcoal color, and it is more of a deep slate grey/blue, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It is solid colored, not "heathered" grey. I was worried that the white pattern would be "too white" and show dirt but it's totally fine. The brown stripe is a nice taupe shade, it's all very subtle, and expensive looking, in my opinion. The underside of the carpet is white - it arrived dirty, and I dislike it very much. Hopefully the carpet pad will keep the edges from looking filthier than it should too soon. What I wish I knew beforehand: that it is a short loop rug, or "berber" style. This is essentially a room-sized scratching surface for our cats now. We've had it down for less than a month, and it's already pulled and snagged by our beloved pets. They are trained to use posts, but frankly I can't blame them, the entire room is covered in loops! Lesson learned. Still we'll love it while it lasts, it totally transformed our room and looks great with our dark brown upholstered furniture and wood floors.

I love the pop of color and the bold graphic, yet it is understated and doesn't compete for attention. The navy is more an accent color in the room, and the rug does a great job of pulling that color in. The rug is looped and soft.

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.This rug exceeded my expectations, great quality, fast delivery, very comfy underfoot. It's not shedding at all (some other reviewers mentioned shedding). Of course now our sofa looks terrible in comparison to the lovely rug...I may have opened pandora's box - next thing you know the whole ground floor of our house will be redecorated! My only complaint is that when shipping to Canada we need to pay duty fees (which I totally understand) but I was never told how much they were so I could be ready for the UPS delivery. So instead UPS tried to deliver when we weren't home and wouldn't leave the rug without payment of the duty fees. Had I know in advance I could have left them a cheque or called in a credit card number and saved them having to come back a second time with such a heavy and large item. Sorry UPS! Is there even a way to include duty in the online purchasing? Land's End does this everytime Canadians order and it's great.

My experience was 100% positive. I ordered the rug on a Monday and received it the following Tuesday- I was shocked by how quickly it arrived. It is a dark navy and it turned out to be the same shade as shown on the website. The ivory is perfect, neither too white or too yellow. The thickness and quality is very good and so far there has been minimal shedding. I purchased this rug at 50% off and it is definitely worth it.

I got the beige rug and it is more of a pinkish gray and the yellow is more of a lemon yellow but I kind of expected that because the photo on the website is very true to what you will get.
