I was very unhappy with the rug. The colors were off and it just seemed cheaply made.

This rug is one of the best rugs I have ever purchased and is much nicer than the picture indicates. It is soft, thick and looks more expensive than what I paid for it.

Bought the Black & White rug in 7'6" x 9'6" size. We bought this 50% off. I researched a lot of other rugs, both on this website and other sites/shops before buying and this was a great bargain for a wool rug. It arrived on time, well packaged. The White in the rug is not pure/milky white, it's a more off-white which we like better because it looks more natural in the zebra print. The rug is thick and soft on bare feet (I usually go barefoot inside the house). We vacuumed it as soon as we laid it down, and did not notice much shedding at all (that was our one concern buying this sight unseen as some reviewers here mentioned that it sheds). Overall we love the rug and would recommend it.

I ordered the cream and brown rug. I received a camel and brown rug, totally different colors from the one I ordered. Instead of shipping me a substitute (from a different country of origin that listed), I should have been advised the item was no longer available.

The rug itself is very nice. Great quality for the price. The color however is not at all as described. I read all the reviews and they would often refer to the lighter color as a winter white or cream, which is actually what I really wanted. When the rug came I would describe it as brown and tan. It was so much darker than I expected that I thought I may have been sent the wrong item. Pretty rug just beware of colors!!!

Rugs USA never disappoints! Quality for a great price! Great service,delivered in 1 wk. love the rug; the white is more of a winter white, and the brown has a slight hint of reddish brown, but it's mostly a beautiful cocoa brown. Thick rug, not cheap and thin Can't beat the cost!

Its a nice rug, the thickness of the rug was wonderful n the price was great! It does seem to shed a bit n I have had it for about 2weeks now but still love the rug.

This is a great rug! It has a very thick pile and is heavyweight and good quality. The white parts are actually more cream than white, so be forewarned if you have furniture nearby that might clash. I have a white sofa and it contrasts a bit, which is annoying (but I needed an excuse to replace the sofa anyway...) The pattern looks great, very crisp and sharp. Also, rugsUSA was a great place to order from. This rug was backordered for a month but they kept me updated and shipped it out as soon as it became available. And it was shipped well - even though it was sent for free, it was very carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely buy from them again.

Great quality for the money. I was sorry I had to return it, it was too large for my area and the color was too light for a high traffice area, but I would love to have it in a low traffic area due to it having more light than dark, beautiful rug, very dense.

This is a nice rug, EXCEPT it sheds horribly. I read previous reviews before I bought it that said the same, but you must vacuum this rug EVERY day or it looks dirty where the colors shed on each other. I have a Dyson and I literally dump the FULL canister each time I vacuum over just the rug. I also have a Roomba that cleans daily and the bin is full before it's done with just the rug!!! It's really pretty and it's not too white, but high maintenance. I am hoping mine doesn't go bald!

I love the rug. It does shed and I have vacuumed a couple of times but it looks really nice under my dining room table. Would definitely recommend!!

I purchased the round version of this rug..It is beautiful! I will say the cream (white) in the rug is a little lighter than the picture depics, but I absolutely love it!

I LOVE THE RUG, NIC AND THICK, I JUST WISH I WOULD HAVE WENT BIGGER. THE RUG DOES SHED BUT ALL NEW RUGS SHED. MY ONLY COMPLINT IS THE CREAM COLOR IS LIGHTER ALMOST WHITE BUT I STILL LOVE IT. GREAT RUG!!!!

WOW- I was not expecting as nice of a rug for the price. It is not a thin junky rug- very nice.

The rug is pretty thick and looks nice, but it sheds. If you're going to have in an area where people are always walking etc...you're going to have an issue.

I was not expecting this rug to be that plush but i love it and the color was on point

i ordered the cream and black colored rug. It is thick and plush. It is also soft. I love it because it is easy to combine other colors with the basic black and white rug. It did have a mild smell to it when I opened it (my 9yr old described it as the smell of a goat). The smell did go away after a few days and after i sprayed it with some Lysol. It is a very pretty rug and i'm glad i purchased it for my bedroom.

This rug is exactly what I wanted. It is the thickness I expected. After unwrapping, I noticed several places in the cream area that were a different color. Upon closer inspection, there were several places with very dark colored fibers woven in with the light. I was able to remove them with tweezers and all is well. With this being a hand woven rug I was not that surprised. When you receive exactly what you expect with a great price along with free shipping, what more could you ask? I will definately order again, in fact I have already been shopping for an additional rug.

Color is exactly as pictured.The rug looks great in the dining room.

This is used in our nursery, which is decorated w/a jungle theme. I could have gone w/a more obvious zebra print for the room, but the rug is thick and natural wool which feels great underfoot. It protects my little boy if he falls out of his little bed, and looks terrific. You can feel the seams between the 2 colors underfoot, but that is not a negative. The colors look just like they do in the photo. Other posters said that their rug shedded, particularly in the beginning, but ours does not. It was a great price and very high quality. We are not using a pad at the moment, we may get one, but the rug is thick and soft and welcoming. I would buy from this site again.

Like the rug. Wish it was about a foot bigger. Have it under a 48" table and the chairs just fit on when pushed in and don't have the space for 8'. The rug sheds alot. I vacuumed it at least 5 times with my dyson and I had to empty the canister each time and it still shedding.

Great quality and great price. The brown was not quite as dark as I wanted and maybe more of the creme than I expected but all in all a very nice purchase!

This rug was shipped ASAP! It looks just like the picture...although the rug I ordered is black and cream. It is a beautiful rug. Nice thick wool pile. I have vacuumed it a couple of times and it does not shed too much. I have this rug in a living room by a fireplace and this rug makes this room pop! I would recommend this rug!
