- Clean & Care: Vacuum regularly as new wool rugs can shed yarn fibers for up to three months. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Do not pull loose ends, clip them with scissors to remove. Clean liquid spills immediately by blotting with cloth or sponge. For hard to remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
This is a fine rug, not as thick as I would've hoped for a hand-tufted wool rug, but still very nice. Coloring is always tough when looking online. To me, the main color is not beige or ivory--it's more of a soft golden color. The accents are a very light/sage-ish green, with very light red/rust color. Honestly, the the accent colors are very subtle, and it seems like they would blend in with most color schemes. Beautiful, just hoped for a little thicker.

My other wool rugs have taken years of heavy use and still look great. Usually buying a wool rug is significantly more expensive than buying a rug of a less durable material.
