- Clean & Care: Vacuum regularly as new wool rugs can shed yarn fibers for up to three months. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Do not pull loose ends, clip them with scissors to remove. Clean liquid spills immediately by blotting with cloth or sponge. For hard to remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
I LOVE our rug but..... somehow they "forgot our order" After waiting about 3 weeks for it to arrive I was finally happy it was here. Rugs.com deals with "middle man" rug companies so they actually messed up the order, but it just looks bad for rugs.com. Anyway, I am pleased with the rug and they even credited my account an extra 10% for the delay. Besides the mess up I am pleased and will purchase again, but this time will call after a few days to make sure it has been processed. I suggest the same just in case. Not fun waiting so long!

The colors are true to the picture (I ordered the rust), and the rugs are very good quality as I have come to expect from this brand. They are coiled from shipping, but completely flatten out after 2-3 days.

The blue is screamingly loud, the border a very muted peachy grey tone with no definition. Very disappointing, compared with the online version. No green to speak of, the rust was the only color that resembles online view. Returning it.

We placed this rug in the master bath and it is perfect, it withstands the water droplets and high traffic very well. I've purchased a lot of rugs from Rugs USA.
