- Clean & Care: Vacuum regularly as new wool rugs can shed yarn fibers for up to three months. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Do not pull loose ends, clip them with scissors to remove. Clean liquid spills immediately by blotting with cloth or sponge. For hard to remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.

It is a beautiful rug and looks great on my hardwoo d. It is not exactly what I wanted, I was hoping for somethin g thinner as my door will not close over it. It is difficult to order this type of item on line But the rug it very nice and plush and I will use it elsewher e.

This rug arrived quickly and is beautiful! Nice deep green colors and rust undertones. Loved the fact that it was available in oval shape as few stores carry this shape. Very soft. Only bad thing is when you vacuum lots of fiber comes out - I guess it's part of the wool rug thing.
RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.After reading the reviews, I ordered the "smallest" size of this version just to get a look. It was a little too dull/dark for me. It's more of a hunter green. I was looking for more vibrant color. Be aware when ordering. It can be a costly return. Try ordering the smaller less costly size of what you think might work for you. I opted not to return even the smallest size because the return rate was about the same cost as the rug. Attempting to purchase a rug online was a little scary for me but overall not a bad experience. Might very well work for others, but didn't give me the happy face. Good Luck, Shoppers.

Also sheds quite a bit but is thick and looks nice in the dining area where I needed a rug to cover and protect hardwoods. I might order again, but will call to verify the colors.

There are vacuum-bag-filling balls of wool all over it no matter how often it is vacuumed. One wonders whether this will ever stop. Because of this, it is impossible to recommend it.
