We aren't returning this rug b/c it will suffice for what we need it for. We thought this rug was more of a carpeted rug, but it's definitely like a mat. It's rough, there's no softness to it. Should only be listed as outside, not both. Still has folds in it from how it was rolled for delivery, and w/the material it's made from, I don't know if the "waves" will ever flatten out. Would recommend if you wanted to use it outside. Otherwise, it's a mat, not a carpeted rug.

My only complaint is that it is stiff and has slight ripples on the edges due to being tightly packaged. I hope those ripples come out over time.

I'm using this in my office under my rolling chair in place of a plastic chair mat. It seems to be working very nicely. It is very flat,and the chair rolls freely on it. I bought the black one. It's very good looking with my new black desk.

The color listed was black and when I received it the label stated black/sand. Listing both colors is very important when ordering on-line and would have positive outcomes for your customers.
