- Clean & Care: Vacuum regularly as new wool rugs can shed yarn fibers for up to three months. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Do not pull loose ends, clip them with scissors to remove. Clean liquid spills immediately by blotting with cloth or sponge. For hard to remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
I ordered the 4' round rug in black (was unable to see a picture online prior to ordering). Ordering and shipping were great! When it arrived, I was surprised to find that the floral design wasn't shrunk down at all. It was just a section of a larger rug and had not been shrunk down to fit the much smaller space on the round rug. In addition, the bright floral colors shown on the web site are not vivid at all, but very muted.
RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend. This is a very nice rug. The only thing is I ordered black and the colors look nothing like what the web page shows....disappointed!
Very happy with the product and the service. Shipping was right on time.
RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
