This rug is a nice, neutral gold/dark yellow color. On line it looks more like it would be a light animal print but does not look that way. There is some texture in the wave pattern but could use more. The feel is soft and feels nice to walk on. We purchased the runner and it's heavy enough not to move too much.

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
