Safavieh Courtyard Outdoor CY2665 Natural Terra

First time ordering a rug on line, extremely pleased, exactly what I was looking for in style and quality. I would definitely order from this company again.

I bought this rug in the siena color for our outdoor covered patio. It arrived in 4 days with the standard free shipping. The color and pattern were as shown but I have to say the rug was tightly rolled which does cause for some winkles. I did read this in a few reviews and am mentioning it hoping to call attention. All in all; great product and prce.

We have two of the matching runners, and although I commented that those were a little different in person than they look on here, we still love them. The contrast isn't quite as crisp in person.

Product shipped and received promptly. It is everything advertised, lays flat, is comfortable to walk on. Using it in a fairly high traffic family room area with 2 dogs so don't yet know about durability but have no reason to believe that it won't last a reasonable length of time.

After 2+ weeks, wrinkles are still evident. Large knot on the right side of the rug. Appears to be a poor value; will return.

This rug is just what I was looking for. Nice quality, no hassle ordering, free shipping and no tax, what more could you want?!

We really like the rug..it is a little thinner than expected..but the pattern on the rug is very nice...and with a rug pad it seems to be ok...

Great rug!! Have 2 dogs with long hair and they are shedders!! This rug is perfect because the hair wont get imbedded in the materical as easy as if it was a normal rug. Only had them a couple of weeks but holding up good. Only thing is the rug is browner than in the pic and the darker boarder showen in the pic is not that distinct. Other than that great rug at a great price!!

This outdoor rug I am using for the entrance hallway in the olive color. With 6 cats I needed aturdy rug that does not hold pet hair and dander. It looks great and blends well with the terracotta floor tile and light orange walls. It was a good buy and a runner length that was needed.

I received my rug today, but I did not receive a shipping notification until yesterday. I tried to call the company for 4 days, but their phone lines were down. The auto chat person told me that the item ships in 7-10 days (online it told me it arrives in 7-10 days). I love the rug, but not the company. I am glad that it came and was what I wanted, because I cannot even imagine trying to do a return with this company. So my advise is to shop somewhere else!

Great as a runner inside my French doors. It both protects my carpet and is an additional accent piece to enhance my dining area. Stays in place and feels good under your feet.

Nice rug. Thick and has held up well in a few storms (seems to have dried out quickly). Ordered the natural brown and it's lighter than expected, but is a nice color. I probably should have ordered the brown natural which looks to be darker in the middle area. We are very happy with this rug.

I bought 5 of these. The first 4 were beautiful, made in Turkey with different shades woven into it. The 5th came from China. It was brown and natural, no differing shades, hard, and didn't match the others. Just plain ugly. I'm returning it.
