The service was great - rug arrived on time for Christmas even though I was pushing it on my order date. Color was very close to what I saw on the monitor. Rug is very thick and good quality. It was a Christmas present for my son and he really liked it. The price was great as well.

The red in the picture was much darker and prominent than on the actual rug, so that was little disappointing. Its been 2 months and we are still seeing fiber constantly being shed, so it does need some upkeep. Customer service told us that the wool sheds for sometime, so it needs vacuuming.

These rugs are gorgeous and plush. The colors are not as bright as they appear on the screen. Love them!

I expected much more cheerful and bright colors, however, i got dull colors. THe rug is still beautiful and worth buying it, but I had different expectations. Almost returned it but desided to keep it after all.

Colors and quality are excellent. Maybe this will change, but I seem to have to vacuum it a lot because part of the rug's nap balls up. Other than that, it is perfect!

Almost bought one from Home Depot, but found this @ Rugsusa for less money and is handmade of 100% wool. HD was polyolefin. Will buy more when done with Studio apt.
