Do not pull loose ends, clip them with scissors to remove. Clean liquid spills immediately by blotting with cloth or sponge. For hard to remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
I am extremely disappointed with this rug. The color is not at all what was described or what I saw on your website. It looks like another rug altogether. The only reason I am not returning it is because it weighs over 100 lbs. I will never buy from you again. (And the rug mat smelled horrible for three days!!)
RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend. The photo is the most misleading photo I have ever seen (I have bought many rugs online). It appears golden and bronze-y but it actually is an un-attractive dark drab brown with no sheen and golden appearance as it is on-line. And it is not thick. plush or soft for that matter. IF you like the photo, you will not like this rug.
RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
