The colors in the rug are much more muted than the picture. It happens to work nicely in our family room but is not what we expected. The online picture is not accurate and should be replaced.

We purchased this rug for our condo in Colorado. The colors are wonderful and it compliments our non-southwestern deco very well. It is placed on our tiled foyer floor without a pad and it is fine. Our doors are not close to the rug, but it might rub if you place it right in the doorway.

The rug was more blue than the picture I saw. the picture on the internet looked more like southwest teal or blue-greenish. It is okay for our entryway but I will probably replace it when I find something better.
