I purchased this rug and when I put it down on the floor over a rug mat, you could see the mat in several areas because there was a problem with the weave. Also, the leather is rawhide and some edges are not woven into the rug so they stick up. Called to return it for these reasons and I will have to pay to ship it back. I was told it is a manufacturing defect. Apparently, RugsUSA does not stand behind the products they sell.

RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great rug, will probably order another, I have some smaller similar rugs that are 10 years old and show no wear.
