At first we thought this rug was great (looks good, nice thick, soft pile), but with moderate foot traffic, it produced an unacceptable amount of wool pills. One would have to vaccum the thing every day to catch up with it. With a nine month old in the house prone to putting little balls of wool into her mouth, we had to banish this rug to a rarely used part of the house. One expects some degree of this with a wool rug, but nowhere this much. So, this rug is fundamentally flawed, and even though the price seemed good, it wasn't worth 10% of what we paid for it. Total waste of money.
RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend. The rug looks great, and has a nice thick pile to it. Unfortunately, it produces a huge quantity of wool pills with the slightest wear. One would need to vacuum it every day to keep it under control. Our nine month old has taken a liking to putting the wool balls in her mouth, so we have banished the rug to a part of the house where it won't get any wear. I'm afraid this is a fatal flaw so I have to give it the lowest rating, and I would be very wary of buying any wool rugs at this priceline (which was low, but not that low!).
RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.Fill out the information below.
