The rug itelf is really cute and a great value. However, I'm shocked at the poor packaging for shipment that is used. The first rug I was delivered showed up with a torn bag and dirty, I didn't even bother opening it up. RugsUSA wouldn't ship the replacement until the first rug was picked up which I understand but it took a full additional week to get the replacement.

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
