- Clean & Care: Vacuum regularly as new wool rugs can shed yarn fibers for up to three months. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Do not pull loose ends, clip them with scissors to remove. Clean liquid spills immediately by blotting with cloth or sponge. For hard to remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended.
Good rug, bought at a considerable discount. Timely initial delivery was marred by RugsUSA waiting for the manufacturer (from whence the defective rug I was first sent was presumably drop-shipped) to admit their product was indeed defective before ordering a non-defective replacement. That said, rugs USA online customer service was friendly, if somewhat powerless in the face of a manufacturer's defect. The replacement is great for my stockinged feet in front of my studio easel presenting a deep, firm pile. The web colors are reasonably accurate to the real thing. I would order from rugsUSA again, if I had unlimited time and sought the best price, but be wary of quality when the item is delivered.
