love this rug, but I had to return do to wrong size. The colors were beautiful and the rug was a nice thick and heavy rug. Highly recommmend!

I ordered two and only received one. I did not even get an email to tell me when or even if I will be receiving the other rug. I would still like to know....the only reason I know it is on backorder, is because I had to notify your business TWICE about. While I do love the rug, that is not a good practice to have.
