Service was great The rug is very good and is the right colors. We had a hard time finding this one to go with others we have. The rug itself is about one inch out of square. that is the only thing I would pick at. We have 3' hardwood so the the lines draw your eye to the "out of square". We have turned the rug 180 degrees and that helped not to see the fault. Unless you know it you wouldn't even see it. Reguards Danny Simpson
