Customer service at Rugs USA is absolutely fabulous, but this rug...not so much. The colors pictured are completely different than the rug I received. Not just a diff. that could be attributed to monitors... This rug is forest green and burgundy. As pictured, it's beautiful. In person, it's quite a disappointment.

RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
