The product is great. The service from your site was not. I ordered the product in September 2010 and had to call many times to find out the tracking info on the product and when it was going to be arriving - kept being told I would receive an email. Finally one day (approx 7-10 days after ordering) I received my rug. In Feb 2011, I received an email with my tracking information and order information. Did my order information get lost? I hope I won't get charged twice on my credit card since I already paid for my rug! And if you are so concerned about what I think about your product, why didn't you ask what I thought about it, back in September 2010 when I received it?

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
