We ordered the 4' round rug in white, and it's everything we hoped it would be - soft, well-made, and a nice, clean white. However, getting it in the house was a frustrating experience, given that Rugs USA shipped it via UPS with a signature required at the time of delivery. Nowhere on the website could I find the information that indicated this would be the case, and with both my husband and I working full-time, it was terribly inconvenient to have to reschedule the delivery with UPS and schlep to their facility. Had I known the signature would be required, I would have had the rug shipped to a different address.
I ordered this rug in navy blue. I love the style of the rug, but when the small rectangular pieces separate, you can see the tan colored base. I wish they would have used a dark blue or black base. I'm sure this would not be noticable at all in a lighter color.

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.I bought this rug in Pink as the white version was out of stock. The rug is simply beautiful to look at and is very soft to sit or even lay on. The picture doesn't do it justice. I bought the largest size they carried but wish they had an even larger size. I have only had the rug for about a month or so but I love it and would definitely buy it again (so far). I have had no shedding or issues with the rug thus far. Last, the ordering process was easy and delivery was very quick. I had even made an error on my address and received a quick response and correction after sending an email.
These are my FAVORITE rugs. I've purchased several over the years form different places, but these are by far the best quality and price. Love them so much I now have four on my first floor. I would recommend to any and all.

I ordered in sage as the sage appears on the site to be lighter and brighter than lime. It arrived and was a dark drab sage color. The rug itself was very soft and would have been great if the color was right.

I love that the shag is made of cotton (rather than some sort of gross plastic shag)!! the only down side is that it is a bit expensive and I wish they had a better variety of sizes. Overall, I would highly recommend this rug!

RECOMMENDED: No, I would not recommend this to a friend.My husband and I have champagne taste on a beer budget. We needed a rug to go with our mid century couch but didn't want the expected shag. I found mixed media rugs which we couldn't afford. Then I found this: I researched the manufacturer and this particular rug and Rugs USA by far had it for the lowest price. It was more than 60% off many other places I'd seen it - and it came a day early. It's technically a children's rug but it works out so well in our tiny apartment's high-traffic living room. It was beautiful right out of the bag and feels amazing on the feet (this from a bare feet, bare floors kinda girl). We got it in cream (much richer looking than photo) and this made me nervous. However, it's such a forgiving rug with so much movement, when we eventually stain it - and we will - it will hide itself in all that fabric. I couldn't wash it if I tried (too big) but it seems to be washable; I would caution against that as it would wear out like a tee shirt and right now it's beautiful. I would also suggest a pad in case of big spills because this rug would soak it up like a sponge. I just can't believe that clumsy me can own such carefree, beautiful, light-colored rug. If it weren't for the immediate location of my bedroom I buy one for that room as well.
