Perfect (white) color, perfect size, perfectly plush and comfortable. This rug looks great in my newly remodeled, contemproary, living room. Once I figured out how to turn off the beater bar on my Dyson vacuum, it was also very easy to clean.

RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.I had read some unfavorable comments about Rugsusa on the we and was a bit concerned about placing my order, even more so when my card was charged immediately though I recieved a notice that the item was backordered. However, the rug appeared at our door earlier than the new promise date and we couldn't be happier with the rug. The only lingering concern is that when I used the online chat (which worked great, unlike some web comments imply) the CSR said that I would receive an additional 5% off the purchase for the back order issue which i don't believe I ever did. Despite that I am quite satisfied with the purchase experience and the quality of the USA made rug and would order again.

While the color is not a pure white, it is in front of a pure white leather sofa, and doesn't detract from it at all. It's a lovely addition to my room, and I couldn't be more pleased. It's been through a couple parties already and still looks great. (We don't wear shoes in the house.) Everyone comments on how soft it is. RECOMMENDED: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.very plush very thick rug. Its a very nice shag and your feet will love walking all over it. Bluegrass has more blue green than pewter. More to the blue side of a deep blue green pewter color. My dog started scratching and pulling at it but was not able to pull any of the yarns out. He loves the shag too! Shipment arrived very quickly, customer service was fast with a refund, two days instead of the three to five quoted. The refund was due to my mistake of ordering two rugs instead of one.

I was worried my large dog would pull and scratch at the shag, which he did, but he wasn't able to pull any fibers out. This is a thick very plush rug. The smaller yarns seen in the photo are there but not as apparent as pictured. Its an excellent deal. The shipping was fast, ordered it on Thursday and received it on the following Tuesday. In addition I was due a refund as i had an error in the ordering process. I called within 5 minutes and customer service took care of correcting the error. My wife and I love the rug that's placed in our bedroom. The shag is quite plush and nice to walk-on barefoot. No problem with delivery although we did receive notice it had been shipped and then the next day it arrived.
