Since 3 of the product was somehow ordered, as opposed to the only one that was needed, so I can't comment on the customer service as of yet. BUT the actual product was exactly what I was looking for. The pic was accurate as to color and design. If you are looking for an entry rug, this is a perfect fit to accommodate door movement due to its thinness.

This is a medium-to-heavy weight carpet, lays out nicely flat even just after unfolding. The material is pretty resilient (we have a smaller identical carpet from before) and cleans up well from spills. The carpet arrived clean and there is no "shedding" from first use.

Colors are pretty true to actual rug recieved. It is very thin, but perfect for a front door area where opening doors can be difficult if the rug pile is too high.

Just received the rug a few days ago. It's a bit thin, but looks great. I would recommend it especially for the price. Might be a bit thin for high traffic area, but for bedroom it is perfect

This rug was inexpensive and it looks cheap. It won't lay flat and it is very thin. Would not recommending purchasing this rug.

I bought this for my family room and it has held up great. We have a baby and every once in a while the baby throws up on the rug..but it is very easy to clean and maintain.

We bought this rug in green when we bought our house over 2 years ago. It still looks like new, despite being by the front door and being tracked with mud, scratched at by 3 cats, and stomped on by 2 humans and a dog. It always cleans up and still looks amazing!
