Can you use the same rug in your home twice? Of course you can! If it’s a rug you love—and one that feels so perfectly in sync with the rest of your home—there’s no reason you can’t have the style do double duty. To show you how it’s done, we took a look inside some of our favorite creators’ homes where they’ve expertly rolled out two of the same rug. Keep scrolling, take a look, and get prepared to see double!

@everyday_home’s Tasseled Medallion Rug
When it came to her bedroom and living room, Lidia Salazar of @everyday_home couldn’t resist rolling out our best-selling Tasseled Medallion rug in rust in both of the spaces. And we don’t blame her! The traditional pattern is the perfect contrast to the clean modern furnishings, and the warm color palette can’t be beat. “I’m so in love! I find that the colors in it are so lovely and subtly change with the lighting throughout the day,” Lidia says.

@thehouseonhillsidelane’s Moroccan Trellis Rugs
Our Moroccan Trellis rug is one of our best sellers—so much that the New York Times dubbed it “The Rug” (you can read all about that here!). So, it’s no surprise to see it rolled out twice in the same space, as Danielle of @thehouseonhillsidelane did in her charming New Jersey home’s living room and dining area. The dark blue hue adds a fun yet classic pop of color underneath her dining table—and contrasts beautifully with those light wood floors—while the dark gray version in the living room brings in all the neutral coziness.

@boneill_athome’s Eldorado Rugs
Speaking of best sellers, our Eldorado rug is another style our customers simply can’t get enough of—including Brianne of @boneill_athome! With its gorgeous traditional pattern and subtle yet rich palette, it makes the perfect addition to both her dining room and bedroom. “A current favorite is the beige Eldorado rug, which I have in two rooms. It has a vintage look, but is way more affordable and soft on the feet!” Brianne says.

@skye_schutte’s Chunky Loop Rugs
Another idea for bringing the same rug into your home twice? Layering them! Layering rugs is one of our favorite moves, and Skye of @skye_schutte pulls it off in her dining room in the most beautiful way with our Chunky Loop rugs. Featuring the natural color on the bottom and the off white version on top, we love how wonderfully earthy and organic they feel paired together.
