It arrived and was easy to lay down. The dogs instantly went and laid down on the rug. It’s thin but I’m just glad it’s washable!

Very pleased with this stylish rug. Very high end for much less. Only negative is that it's shedding a bit (so the white fibers are laying near the black which mutes the tone. Vacuum may fix this overtime). But I would still buy it again for the price and style. My bedroom looks so chic!

This rug fit our living room beautifully! We wanted something elegant but traditional and neutral and this was just that! It's not the softest rug but is very sturdy and will hold up with pets.

This is my first purchase from Rugs USA and I could not be happier with it. This rug feels and appears to be very high quality and is incredibly soft. We bought it for our two year old's big boy room and when I went to check on him the first night it was in there he was asleep in the middle of the floor! This rug is exactly what I needed for my space. It's beautifully crafted and what I enjoy the most, is how comfy it is! I can feel the plushness when I step onto it – which is a sharp contrast to the carpet in the rest of my apartment. Since the fibers are longer and have a higher count than an average carpet, it's a bit difficult to vacuum, but not something I consider a dealbreaker.

I love this rug so much I bought another one for my entryway. Sheds a little but hides dirt well. Great for heavy traffic areas.

It is just as it appears online - beautiful, substantial (it's heavy!), soft on your feet, and adds so much character to the space. I purchased the runner and have it in my kitchen. I used to be in the camp of no rugs in the kitchen; this rug changed my mind. Yes, it sheds a bit at first (not ideal in a kitchen), but after I vacuumed it a few times (without the roller) I have had no issues with it shedding. A safe buy for sure, you can't help but love love love this rug!
