This is a great rug. The only thing I am worried about are stains but that isn't the rugs fault :) Overall, looks great and I am super excited.
I got this rug for my kitchen. I wanted something neutral that wouldn't show dirt and food crumbs :) The different shades of brown/tan stand out more than I expected giving the rug a striped look, but if nothing else it makes it more interesting! Great price for this type of rug!
I LOVE this rug and it looks even prettier in person! Little to no shedding.
We recently moved into our home and I purchased this rug in "stone" for our dining room. After reading the reviews that stone is actually cream I would absolutely agree, but that is the color I wanted. It feels like wool, it's not very soft and probably wouldn't be very comfortable for a baby to crawl on, but feels fine under foot. The sequins are not black necessarily, they are tarnished bronze so some are dark and some are shiny. Since my rug is in a low traffic area I haven't had shedding problems. It looks fabulous in the room.
I purchased this rug in green for my daughter's bedroom. The green is great--soft and neutral. The rug itself came quickly. At first when I unrolled it there were a decent amount of wrinkles and the edges curled up, however over time these are starting to dissipate. Also no smell. The rug is wool and feels like scratchy wool-- It doesn't deter the kids from playing on it, but it isn't what I would call soft. Being that it is flatweave, it isn't cushy either, but I do have a rug pad under. My only complaint really, is that the sticker from RUGSUSA was difficult to peel off, thereby leaving residual residue/sticker on the rug still. I have that on the underside, but this really doesn't make it easy to be reversible. I haven't tried anything to remove it because it's a non-issue right now, but should the one side get stained so badly I need to flip, I am unsure what I will do. This may be because the rug itself and the packaging was damp with either water or condensation when I received it. I've purchase rugs from here in the past where the sticker came off without an issue.
This rug is so pretty. It’s got a good weight to it. The pattern and textures look the same in person! We are very happy with it.
This is a great rug - I love neutrals and this rugs colors are muted enough that I still would consider it neutral. The tassels are so adorable, too!
Great quality rug. It shipped quickly, it was very well packaged, and well priced. I read other reviews that said it unraveled quickly. That's not the case for me. Since its hand-woven, imperfections are expected but that's what makes it unique. If you like cookie-cutter perfect rugs, you shouldn't purchase a hand-woven rug.
Rug looks great and amazing price. Shipping was quick. Definitely will purchase from here again.
I purchased this rug almost a month ago after weeks of searching for the right rug for this space. Ultimately, the reviews that were left for this rug helped me the most with this decision and I'm pretty pleased so far. If you are looking into buying this rug, please read the reviews and look at the customer photos! A couple of things that went into choosing this rug was the material- wool. I have owned a large wool rug before so I knew what I was getting into. If you have never owned a wool rug before, please be aware that upon first opening the rug, there is an odd odor. It goes away and I usually cover it up with a candle, but it takes maybe a couple of days to completely air out. My purchase is size 3' x 5' so it dissipated pretty fast. Please also be aware that the rug does shed a little bit since it is natural fibers. I didn't experience a lot of shedding but it is normal for wool rugs. I vacuumed it right away so that may have helped. The colors in this rug are not too bright but also not too muted. The reds are more burnt toned where the blues are within the navy blue family. The ivory is a true ivory. When you apply filters to this rug, the colors can come off as more vibrant which is why I recommend combing through the reviews to see the true colors before making a decision. The stock photos online don't seem as realistic as the ones you'd find from customers. I like this rug a lot because the design is still the focal point of the rug and colors stand out while not completely washing together. The tassels are fringe (as in the name of the rug) and look like string material (see photos). I like the tassels, but will note that they have a mind of their own and won't always lay flat. The rug itself has taken a while to completely flatten out. I've put heavy items on the corners to encourage it lay flat and that has helped. I did purchase a rug pad for this small rug and am glad I did. I don't think the wool rug necessarily needs it for my specific placement in my bathroom, but I'm glad I went with one. The rug seems durable and easy to take care of. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and hope this review helps others.
Just received this rug to go under our dining table and it’s perfect! It’s so soft and fits great. I love the texture it adds!
I am overall happy with this purchase as the rug has a great design, shipped quickly, and has really cool colors. The colors are slightly muted with a more seafoam green, goldenrod yellow, and denim blue color palette. The rug did have a moldy/damp smell so I left it out in the hallway for a couple weeks and it went away. I would recommend with small reservation and I'll likely buy the matching runner.
