Love these rugs and have to be honest - we get what we pay for here, inexpensive beauty ... medium quality. Perfect if you’re not trying to spend a fortune on home decor. Takes a few days to fall out and lay flat, and for the new rug smell to calm down.

The RugsUSA site is legit and the shipping and tracking data was accurate. My rug came to VA from CA in less than a week, the under-mat I purchased with the rug arrived earlier in the week. It looks beautiful, I am quite pleased with the cost, quality and delivery.

The way it was rolled the material under the fabric will not lie flat. I have a board and weights on it now.

I purchased two rugs for the first time after hearing about Rugs USA from a friend. First, so many great prints! Second, I was worried about the quality because I like to feel rugs before I purchase, but I went for it and could not be happier. I have one in my dining room and one in my classroom and I am about to purchase a 3rd!

Looks great and arrived quickly! My only complaint is that I wish it was more padded. The colors are vibrant and the rug has held its own with my cats!
