Although shipping took longer than expected and communication was not exactly the best, it was well worth the wait. The rug is exactly what I wanted, very thick, good quality.

Purchased the rug in red. It’s a rich, vibrant red, which is just what I wanted. The most negative thing to say is it is shedding, which I expect to resolve the more it’s vacuumed.

I initially saw this rug at a retail store, but it was out of my desired price range until I saw it on rugsusa. I have now purchased this rug in two colors - red for the living room which has neutral walls and chocolate leather furniture and the taupe for the dining room which has deep red walls and dark cherry furniture. Both rugs look great and have received many compliments. A great rug for individuals with transitional style - traditional furniture with more contemporary accessories.
