Soft. Nice muted color

The rug is soft and a good weight. The greys and slight brown are muted and make an excellent neutral background rug.

Beautiful

I can't believe how much dimension this rug adds to my foyer. It is so neutral but the thickness adds a warmth and touch of luxury to hardwood floors. It lays flat but I did put a rug pad underneath to prevent sliding. The tassels are just the right length as well.

Made the room!

Bought the 9x14 and it is stunning! Brought the entire room together, great quality, perfect pile (not too high, still cozy), and just a great piece. Used for a client design and would use again for sure.

This rug was perfect in my daughter's boho toddler room. It's thick, warm, and looks and feels way more expensive that it was! Super happy with it, and the kids love playing on it!

This rug in person looks exactly the way it does online and I really appreciated that. It's such great quality and is the perfect addition to our living room. I only wish they had a true 5' x 8' size because it'd fit the space a little better but overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase.

Pros and cons

Pros : I received a quality product. It was very well priced. Pictures represented product very well. Cons : waited over 30 days to be told my original product was backordered for a second time and couldn't promise product then. Customer service could not just change to second product in house without cancelling and reordering when they had payment for Over 30 days. With the pros and cons I will use rugs USA again for another purchase. I just will not wait for any backorder items based on experience and wanting item when it has been paid for.

Super soft! Easy to vacuum

Super soft and comfy. I’m easily able to vacuum it with my dyson. No shedding, has the new rug smell for a bit but I don’t mind that. It looks great and feels great. It doesn’t exactly match the vibe I was going for but I’m working with it!
