It is actually 12’ x 8’8 Depending on which direction you look at it from it can look faded while from the other direction the colors are deep and beautiful. Seems to be of good quality. Very happy with it. Just wish it was a true 12 x 9

Love this rug! Like many of the other reviewers, I was surprised by how thin it was. If you have low pile carpet or tile/hardwood you need a pad for this rug no question. If it's in a high traffic area it will show. BUTT I have three of these rugs in my cottage and the runner is small enough to fit in my washing machine. It comes out brand new! All in all, gorgeous and so affordable but be careful with light colored things.
